We provide two-wheeler multi-brand servicing, maintenance, repairs, and customization services. The scope of work, timelines, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon before service initiation.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Customers can book appointments online, by phone, or walk in.

  • We recommend advance booking to ensure timely service.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after verification by our team.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are provided upfront and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and online transfers.

4. Cancellations & Delays

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by unavailability of parts, force majeure, or external factors.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • We stand by our workmanship. However, specific warranty terms depend on the nature of the service or parts used.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damages or third-party accessories.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate disclosure of your vehicle’s issues.

  • Do not leave valuables inside the vehicle. We are not responsible for lost items.

  • Pick up the vehicle within 3 days of service completion to avoid storage charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media, including branding and visuals, is the property of Clutch & Gear. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy
