Certain items will apply for shipping based on volumetric nature (size and weight).

Order SHIPS OUT within 2-3 business days.

APPROXIMATE TIMELINE FOR PACKAGE TRANSIT & DELIVERY:
Orders once shipped are typically delivered in 5-7 business days in metros, and 7-10 business days for the rest of India.

*Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Note:
Clutch & Gear Team has no control over the courier once the package is handed over and a tracking number has been assigned to the order.

SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE CONDITION ON DELIVERY:
If you receive the package in an open or tampered condition, kindly refrain from accepting the delivery.
Clutch & Gear Team does not use any brown tapes for packing. All our outer packaging is completely sealed.

For any incidents of damage, theft, lost package, or missing contents via any private courier or Speed Post (India Post), Clutch & Gear Team will not be held responsible in any manner.

For any incidents of spillage of liquid items due to courier handling or transit damage, Clutch & Gear Team will not be held responsible in any manner.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS UNDELIVERED:
If our courier partners are unable to deliver the products to the mentioned address, the package will be redirected back to our official address.

Items once received at our warehouse will be informed to you, and necessary refunds will be made to your original mode of payment as per our listed return policy.
